Sarah Tenaglia is the Senior Food Editor of Bon Appétit magazine, where she oversees the recipe-testing program. A former student of the Cordon Bleu in Paris, she worked as a pastry chef at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, and has also been a caterer, cooking teacher and restaurant consultant. She specializes in desserts and confections with a strong emphasis on chocolate.
