Hubert Keller, a Frenchman classically trained in France, is now one of America’s most widely recognized and acclaimed chefs, celebrated for his world-renowned restaurants, Fleur de Lys (San Francisco), Fleur by Hubert Keller (Las Vegas), and Burger Bar (San Francisco, Las Vegas, and St. Louis).
Keller has published several cookbooks and is a regular in the media including appearances on The Chew, Regis & Kelly, Rachel Ray, The Travel Channel, The Food Channel Network, Good Morning America, and Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. His own cooking show, Secrets of a Chef, airs on PBS. Keller is also a judge on Top Chef and Top Chef Just Desserts – and was a contestant in the first season of Top Chef Masters on Bravo.
Keller has won numerous awards including the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: California and has been elected to the Foundation’s prestigious Who’s Who in Food and Beverage.
