Hubert Keller, a Frenchman classically trained by France’s top chefs, is now one of America’s most widely recognized and acclaimed chefs. He is celebrated for his world-renowned restaurants, Fleur de Lys (San Francisco), Fleur by Hubert Keller (Las Vegas), and Burger Bar (San Francisco, Las Vegas, and St. Louis).
Keller’s influence extends beyond his restaurants, as he has published several cookbooks and is a regular in the media including appearances on The Chew, Regis & Kelly, Rachel Ray, The Travel Channel, The Food Channel Network, Good Morning America, and Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. His own cooking show, Secrets of a Chef, is currently in Season 4 and airs on PBS. Keller is also known as a judge on Top Chef and Top Chef Just Desserts, as well as for his grace-under-pressure performance as a contestant in the first season of Top Chef Masters on Bravo.
Keller has won numerous awards including the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: California and has been elected to the Foundation’s prestigious Who’s Who in Food and Beverage.
