Vegas Uncork'd is a world-class food and wine festival held over Mother’s Day weekend, and celebrates Las Vegas' premier standing as the world's most exciting and entertaining culinary destination. Passion for the art of cooking and innovative talent collide at 30 events, spanning over four days, with more than 50 chefs on the cutting edge of today’s global culinary scene. Vegas Uncork'd is presented by Bon Appétit magazine, a Conde Nast Publication, and is made possible by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). Anchored by Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and Wynn/Encore, Vegas Uncork’d offers intimate access to celebrity chefs in the most dynamic culinary destination in the world.

Culinary Conversations at Bellagio

This Vegas Uncork'd version of the Actors Studio is hosted by Bon Appétit Editor-in-Chief Barbara Fairchild along with a panel of renowned chefs, and occasionally, just one culinary icon like Wolfgang Puck for an intimate one-on-one conversation.

They’ll talk shop from, emerging trends to insights about their craft. A delicious signature bite will accompany the session along with coffee, or if you prefer, a glass of bubbly.

Bon Appétit Executive Chef, Cat Cora

In 2005, Cat made television history on Food Network's Iron Chef America as the first and only female Iron Chef, and in November 2006 Bon Appétit magazine bestowed her with their Teacher of the Year Award. She is the author of two cookbooks, Cat Cora's Kitchen and Cooking From The Hip: Fast, Easy, Phenomenal Meals. A busy mom of 4 young boys, Cat recently celebrated the opening of her first sit down restaurant Kouzzina (Greek for "kitchen") by Cat Cora at Walt Disney World’s Boardwalk Resort in Orlando.

Growing up in Bourgoin-Jallieu, near the gastronomic epicenter of Lyon, France, he was surrounded by a culinary culture where seasonal food products were a part of everyday life and great food was the norm, not the exception. Since the opening of Restaurant Guy Savoy Caesars Palace, the fine dining destination has been honored with numerous accolades where he brings a life-long passion for food and fine dining.

Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand

Culinary history was made when legendary chef Joël Robuchon opened his first fine dining restaurant in the United States with this namesake restaurant. Joël Robuchon provides an exclusive opportunity to experience this chef's formidable cooking talents in their fullest expression. The restaurant features traditional French cuisine in a setting reminiscent of Paris in the 1930s. Guests can enjoy a lavish reception area, elegant main dining room, garden-designed dining room and intimate bar. The restaurant features two distinct tasting menus in addition to an à la carte menu.
